Tuesday

arrivals  •  Tour of the villa, get settled
lunch  •  Late lunch upon your arrival prepared at the villa
afternoon  •  Tour Bonnieux/ wine tasting at Cave de Bonnieux
dinner  •  Prep with chef or enjoy the art of “l’apéro” (cocktail hour)
sample menu  •  Coq au vin blanc, roasted local potatoes, greens with tarragon, hearth roasted mushrooms and herbs, assorted Provencal accoutrement

Wednesday

breakfast  •  Croissants and jams, yogurts, fruits, espresso and juices at Villa
activity  •  Leisurely walk through the hill town of Gordes and then a visit to Senanque Abbey
lunch  •  La Bastide de Gordes
dinner  •  Prep with chef or enjoy the art of “l’apéro!”
sample menu  •  Whole roasted sole with olives, capers and fennel, ratatouille of summer vegetables, and assorted Provencal accoutrement

Thursday

breakfast  •  Croissants and jams, yogurts, fruits, espresso and juices at Villa
activity  •  Rousillon Market visit
lunch  •  In Roussillon at a café in the center of town
dinner  •  Prep with chef or enjoy the art of “l’apéro!”
sample menu  •  Roasted leg of lamb, fennel risotto, braised leeks with lamb jus, fresh tomato Provencal olive oil and sea salt as well as assorted Provencal accoutrement.

Friday

breakfast  •  Croissants and jams, yogurts, fruits, espresso and juices at Villa
activity  •  Lourmarin Market visit (gather picnic lunch)
lunch  •  Picnic at Chateau Lourmarin and tour of the Chateau
dinner  •  Prep with chef or enjoy the art of “l’apéro!”
sample menu  •  Paella, grilled endive with crispy jambon, salad of cooked and raw spring vegetables with black pepper champagne vinaigrette as well as assorted Provencal accoutrement.
